Migration Affecting the Native Americans
Migration had affected the Native Americans like the Cheyenne's in the Sand Creek Massacre by moving the Native Americans into unknown territory. The Native Americans had migrated and they had faced many challenges along the way but when they set up camp one day with the White Men still hunting them a massacre came upon them. This Massacre of the Native Americans was called the Sand Creek Massacre and this had killed many of the Cheyenne and made the White Men a greater enemy to the Native Americans.
Migration had affected the Native Americans like the Nez Perce by moving the Nez Perce to Canada where they had been traveling to, so that they would be safe from the White Men. Before the Nez Perce could reach Canada though they were stopped by the White Men and a battle broke out between them killing many of the Nez Perce.
Migration had affected the Native Americans like in the Battle of Little Big Horn and the Battle of Wounded Knee because migration had moved the White Men into Native American territory creating large battles between them. These battles killed large numbers of Native Americans and destroyed there communities.

Migration had affected the Native Americans like the Sioux in Red Cloud's War by moving the Native Americans into land that was not there's and that would break the treaty between the tribes. After the Sioux Native Americans had crossed into another tribes they had broken the treaty between them and that caused war to break out among them. This caused countless deaths and the destruction of Sioux villages.
Migration had affected the Native Americans like Chief Joseph by having the missionaries and other the White Men traveling Westward and settling in the Native Americans territory. Since large groups of people were migrating at a time Chief Joseph and his tribe were forced to move around to avoid war with the White Men.
