Scandinavian Emigrants
The people from Scandinavian countries moved into America due to overpopulation and economic pressures back home. Meaning that their economy was in very bad shape, and saw the opportunity to move to a place where the economy was doing just fine.
Where they settledLike most immigrants coming in from Europe, they first settled in New York and the Boston/Manhattan area. Then they started moving a little more westward towards Wisconsin and Minnesota and eventually got into the South Dakota/Montana area.
